Our Story
Creators Trove evolved from the desire for its founder, Parker Floris, to produce something meaningful and tangible with his photography. After delving through his past projects, it was clear there was a through line of creator communities within many of his favourite photographs. So, over seven months, he agonisingly designed every component of the debut magazine, launching on the 12th of April 2024.
It was then clear, to continue his mission of building Creators Trove, he would have to move to where the Creator Economy was more active. So, with only a few months’ notice, he packed up his life in Sydney and moved across the world to London, landing on the 2nd of July 2024.
The mission
Creators Trove is built off the back of a generation with little hope. Cost of living, climate and housing crisis; runaway student debt; declining real wages; and a global pandemic. Creators Trove aims to bring hope back into our hearts and empower us to live happy, healthy and fulfilling lives by providing us access to the pioneering people and innovative events in the creator economy. An industry we were raised on and who raised us. Creators were our teachers, motivational speakers, workout coaches or even just a friendly face after a long day. Creators Trove pursues this mission through the production of interviews, documentaries and a premium photographic/written magazine.
Who is a creator?
Creators are those who use media to share something with the world. This can manifest in the telling of stories to educate, inspire, entertain and more. Additionally, creators are not just those who sit in front of the camera, but also comprise the teams working tirelessly behind the scenes and those who create just for fun.
